Mountain Lakes - Halloween celebration
Grace and Gwendelyn joined King Edward and Queen Marlissa on their journey back to Mountain Lakes to experience the three week celebration of Halloween. Pumpkin carvings, dogs in costumes, ice skating, paddle boats, miniature golf, surfing over the waterfall and of course, dancing. The two hardly got sleep from all the dancing and the discovery of karaoke!

Final Guests Arrive; Better Late Than Never

| One of the last groups to arrive for the King's Returning Ceremony is this bunch. You may recognize King Edward and Queen Marlissa from Mountain Lakes, along with their blue feathered friend, Pico. They were escorted by Pierre, a curious fellow from Canada, and his flock of geese who are fitted with flowered hats gifted to them by the Queen. |

| Queen Marlissa greets King Mac with compliments and well wishes. Czz waits patiently to introduce himself and the more Marlissa swoons over the King, the harder it is for him to hold back laughter. |

| Grace shows up with her notebook to interview King Edward. Pierre does his best to butt in on the conversation, hoping he will also be mentioned in the interview. Pico can be seen in the background curiously exploring the large goose. |

| Czz, Queen Marlissa and King Mac keep their distance from the interview at hand; the King out of respect, the Queen in an attempt to flirt with the King, and Czz due to the better entertainment value this display has. |

The Royals from Mountain Lakes
Queen AmberLynn and the princess sent two of their message fairies up to Mountain Lakes to invite King Edward and Queen Marlissa to the Winter Festival. Message fairies are very small and very fast, perfect for communicating with other fairy communities. Fairies do not have cell phones, you know?
It didn't take them long to arrive at Mountain Lakes. They flew in through the tiny entrance and greeted the King and Queen, telling them about the Winter Festival and inviting them to join. They were both very happy to accept the invitation.
The King and Queen gave orders to their head guard, Pico, to watch the entrance to their land while they were gone, planning to make the trip for a few days.
The King and Queen prepared their magical reindeer for the journey before saying goodbye to their community. In a flash, the reindeer took off, flying almost as fast as the messenger faeries.
They all arrived with joyful greetings and both King Edward and Queen Marlissa were very surprised by all the changes they noticed in the fairy garden since their last visit 14 months ago. While talking with Queen AmberLynn they learned that she will have new housing soon - a decision that had been put on the back burner until the rest of her community were taken care of - which she projects will be completed in April, just in time for the 2015 Magic Onion Fairy Contest.
