According to Days of The Year, today is Go Fishing Day and the focus of today's garden. Twin brothers John and Ron enjoy an afternoon of fishing with their dogs.
This garden is a collection of moss, fern and shade-loving plants surrounding a dark-colored planter full of water to set the scene. If you can believe it, this entire scene is actually on a foundation of the original BBQ grill dome that began this entire fairy garden adventure. Moss plays an important role in hiding the fact that some of these plants are actually still in their original planters, still waiting to be transplanted.
Each brother has caught a fish. They compare them and ask a nearby slug to tell them who has the biggest fish.
